中國江蘇國際經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作公司（簡(jiǎn)稱“中江國際”）是直屬江蘇省政府的國有獨(dú)資企業(yè)，于1980年12月經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)成立、集國際國內(nèi)工程承包、工程咨詢服務(wù)、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)、進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易、對(duì)外勞務(wù)合作為一體的綜合性跨國公司，是江蘇省的重點(diǎn)企業(yè)。

江蘇省政府為加快做強(qiáng)做大中江國際，近年來，以中江公司為核心企業(yè)將江蘇省建材資產(chǎn)管理有限公司、江蘇省建設(shè)集團(tuán)公司、江蘇省設(shè)備成套有限公司、江蘇建達(dá)建設(shè)股份有限公司合并重組，為中江國際實(shí)現(xiàn)做大做強(qiáng)提供了嶄新的平臺(tái)。

China Jiangsu International Economic-Technical Cooperation Corporation (CJI) is a state-owned enterprise directly under the Jiangsu provincial government. Founded in December 1980 with the approval of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, CJI is an integrated trans-national comprehensive development corporation engaged in international and domestic engineering contracting, engineering consultancy, real estate development and import and export trading as well as overseas labor service. CJI now is a vital enterprise of Jiangsu province.
Over the past 30 years, by implementing China's “Going Global” strategy, CJI has been actively developing international economic and technical cooperation with the outside world, and has now expanded its business to over 100 countries, and established business branches or offices in over 30 nations. Through this growth, CJI has stood out as a leading enterprise of Jiangsu Province in overseas economic and technical cooperation. Of its various businesses, the engineering contracting ranks in the top among its domestic counterparts, while the export trading business among the top 200 firms and its import and export trading business among the top firms in China.
In order to hasten the pace in making CJI more powerful, under the decision of the Jiangsu provincial government in recent years, CJI as core enterprise has merged Jiangsu Building Materials Assets Management Co., Jiangsu Construction Group Corporation, Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co. Ltd and Jiangsu JianDa Construction Co.Inc, which created a new platform for further development.
