Requirement:
o BachelorDegreeinChemistry.
o Atleast1yearspost-qualificationsexperienceinsimilarrole.
o GoodcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglish.
o SoundknowledgeofChineselegislation&regulationsconcerningthemanufactureandsaleofcosmeticsandskincareproducts.
Responsibility:
o Preparealltechnicalinformation(i.e.:ingredientlists,specifications,etc.)requiredbycustomerstoallowforproductvalidation,technicalapprovals,registration,etc.
o Ensurecompletenessandaccuracyofthelegaldocumentationforeachproduct(collection,cataloging,storage,distributiontointernalandexternalcustomersandcompetentauthorities).
o SupporttheRawMaterialSourcingandR&Dfunctionsinthecollectionanddistributiontoclientsoftechnicalandsafetyinformationrelatedtotherawmaterialsusedinproducts.
o EnsurethatthetechnologiesofinnovativeproductsdevelopedbytheCorporate&LocalR&Dlabsarenotinconflictwithpre-existingintellectualpropertyofthirdparties.
o Preparationofthenecessarycertificatesfortheimportofproductsintocountrieswherecustomersintendtocommercialisethem.
o MaintainsandＵpdatesthedatabaselistingclientspecificingredientrestrictions(“blacklist”)toensurethatCorporate&LocalR&Dhaveaccurateanduptodateinformation.
o Liaisewithexternalauthorities,customersandsuppliersconcerningallregulatoryaffairsissuesrelatedtotechnicalfield.
o WorkintightcontactwiththeCorporateTCStoobtainallthecertificatesnecessaryforthemarketingoftheproducts.
o Otheradhoctasksassignedbysuperior.
