職位描述：

1.  Perform  chemical  experiment  strictly  following  the  Laboratory  SOP  or  customer  specific  requirement  independently,  such  as  color  matching,  panels  preparation  for  customer  approval,  performance  testing  &  customer  need  document  preparation  and  any  other  diverse  tests.

2.  Design  and  maintain  the  formula  align  with  the  platform  guideline  in  the  system
遵照技術(shù)平臺(tái)的基準(zhǔn)，在系統(tǒng)中設(shè)計(jì)并維護(hù)配方
3.  Support  trouble  shooting  for  production  or  customer  line  if  needed.
在需要時(shí)，支持生產(chǎn)或客戶線的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)擊破
4.  Maintain  equipment  and  laboratory  facilities  consistent  with  safety  and  quality  principle.
按照安全及質(zhì)量的要求，維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備和設(shè)施
5.  Responsible  for  the  experimental  analysis  and  issue  the  report
負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析及撰寫報(bào)告
6.  Assist  supervisor  to  optimize  production  process/formula  design/material  offset  to  continually  reduce  manufacturing  cycle  times  and  product  cost,  improve  quality  control  and  the  overall  performance  of  coatings.
協(xié)助主管優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程/配方設(shè)計(jì)/材料消減以持續(xù)的縮短生產(chǎn)周期，降低產(chǎn)品成本，提高品質(zhì)控制和產(chǎn)品性能
7.  Develop  new  product,  improve  exiting  formula  and  consolidate  technology  platform  under  supervision.
在指導(dǎo)下開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品，改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有配方和技術(shù)平臺(tái)

職位要求：

1.  Bachelor’s  degree  in  chemistry  or  equivalent  with  2  years  related  working  experience；
本科以上學(xué)歷，化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)，2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷；
2.  Good  Communication  and  learning  ability
良好的溝通和學(xué)習(xí)能力
3.  Adequate  English  ability  and  PC  skill，  CET-4
適當(dāng)?shù)挠⑽哪芰坝?jì)算機(jī)水平,CET-4
