銷售主任-項目，裝飾漆SalesExecutive-Project,Deco
主要職責：
- 處理目前現(xiàn)有客戶的日常銷售業(yè)務(wù)，改善關(guān)系并嘗試成為獨家供應(yīng)商；
- 保持定期回訪，根據(jù)客戶的要求提供滿意的服務(wù);；
- 為顧客引進新技術(shù)與新產(chǎn)品，替客戶解決問題；
- 從各種來源尋求項目信息，不僅僅局限于設(shè)計院，業(yè)主，承包商等
- 處理與不同的客戶群的復(fù)雜關(guān)系
- 盡可能以最有效的方式專注于目標客戶和銷售正確的產(chǎn)品
- 完成和實現(xiàn)公司的年度預(yù)算和目標

職位要求：
- 專科以上學(xué)歷；
- 3年及以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗；
- 良好的溝通技巧和中英文聽說讀寫能力；
- 具備相關(guān)的涂料項目經(jīng)驗。

Responsibilities:
- Dealingwiththeroutinesalesbusinessofcurrentexistingcustomers,improverelationshipandattempttobesolesupplier;
- Keepregularvisit,providesatisfiedserviceuponcustomer’srequest;
- Introducenewtechnologyandproductstocustomer,actasasolutionmakeroftheclient;
- Seekingforprojectinformationfromeverykindofsource,includebutnotlimittodesigninstitute,owner,contractorandetc.;
- Handlewithdifferentcustomerbaseinlinewithcomplicatedrelationships;
- Focusontargetcustomerandselltherightproductsasmuchaspossibleinmostefficientway;
- Completeandachievetheannualbudgetandtargetascompanyrequired.

Requirements:
- Abovecollegedegree
- Atleast3years’relatedsalesexperience
- GoodcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish,bothoralandwritten
