本科學(xué)歷，熟練英文聽說讀寫能力，相關(guān)行業(yè)三年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，（具有注塑經(jīng)驗(yàn)、精細(xì)化工、生產(chǎn)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先錄用）。具有良好的溝通和管理能力。 

Main  task: 
-  Responsible  for  managing  existing  and  adding  new  businesses  in  assigned  region  as  part  of  VGM  ShangHai  team. 
-  Expect  to  strategies  for  new  market  growth  within  existing  as  well  as  new  sectors/channel 
-  Work  with  field  marketing  and  commercial  team  to  identify  the  market  segmentation  at  assigned  region. 
-  Proactively  contribute  significantly  to  the  achievement  of  target  objectives  and  assigned  growth  goal. 

Requirements: 
-  Bachelor  degree  in  Chemistry  /  Material  Science  /  Engineering  or  other  related  fields. 
-  At  least  have  3-5  years  working  experience  in  plastic  business. 
-  Customer  focus,  high  energy  level  with  strong  business  acumen. 
-  Excellent  presentation  and  analytical  skills. 
-  Independent,  able  to  work  under  minimum  supervision. 
-  Strong  leadership  and  able  to  organize  /  conduct  seminars  for  new  product  launch. 
-  Speak  Mandarin  and  fluent  in  English  will  be  a  plus.
