1. Bachelors  degree  or  above;  major  in  Chemistry,  Mechanical  Engineering,  Chemical  Engineering,  Materials  Science  or  related  field.  Chemical  or  Mechanical  Engineering  degree  preferred
2. Minimum  2  years  of  experience  in  powder  production  or  powder  technology  or  4-5  years  in  plastics  compounding  and  extrusion;  or  batch/semi  batch  specialty  chemicals  processing
3. Familiar  with  extrusion  manufacturing,  grinding/classification  processes  and  standard  quality  control  techniques  preferred.
4. Good  to  Excellent  written  and  verbal  command  of  English  language
5. Familiar  with  MS  office  software. 
6. Preferred  training,  certifications  include  Lean,  Six  Sigma,  ISO
