銷售主任-項目，裝飾漆SalesExecutive-Project,Deco
主要職責：
-處理目前現有客戶的日常銷售業務，改善關系并嘗試成為獨家供應商；
-保持定期回訪，根據客戶的要求提供滿意的服務;；
-為顧客引進新技術與新產品，替客戶解決問題；
-從各種來源尋求項目信息，不僅僅局限于設計院，業主，承包商等
-處理與不同的客戶群的復雜關系
-盡可能以最有效的方式專注于目標客戶和銷售正確的產品
-完成和實現公司的年度預算和目標
職位要求：
-專科以上學歷；
-3年及以上銷售工作經驗；
-良好的溝通技巧和中英文聽說讀寫能力；
-具備相關的涂料項目經驗。
Responsibilities:
-Dealingwiththeroutinesalesbusinessofcurrentexistingcustomers,improverelationshipandattempttobesolesupplier;
-Keepregularvisit,providesatisfiedserviceuponcustomer’srequest;
-Introducenewtechnologyandproductstocustomer,actasasolutionmakeroftheclient;
-Seekingforprojectinformationfromeverykindofsource,includebutnotlimittodesigninstitute,owner,contractorandetc.;
-Handlewithdifferentcustomerbaseinlinewithcomplicatedrelationships;
-Focusontargetcustomerandselltherightproductsasmuchaspossibleinmostefficientway;
-Completeandachievetheannualbudgetandtargetascompanyrequired.
Requirements:
-Abovecollegedegree
-Atleast3years’relatedsalesexperience
-GoodcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish,bothoralandwritten
-Relatedpaintingprojectexperience
