As  VW  CatA  RCFA  Leader:
Take  lead  RCFA  for  Cat  A,  include:
o  coordinate  containment  actions  with  PM,  Technical  Support  and  Sales
o  form  RCFA  team
o  lead  team  to  investigate  physical  causes  /  human  causes  /  system  causes  and  implement  corrective  /  preventive  actions
o  verified  the  effectiveness  of  the  improvements  and  close  the  case

As  APQP  Key  Stakeholder  from  QM  perspective:
Work  with  PM  to  drive  cross  functional  teams  to  eｘecute  APQP  process  （e.g.  Join  gate  review  to  provide  QM  professional  inputs  and  learnings  from  Cat  A）

As  OEM  CN  VW  Quality  Engineer:
Support  PM  and  site  QM  on  CSR  implementation  （e.g.  customer  contract  review  from  QM  perspective…）
Support  customer  audit  per  business  needs
Support  the  implementation  for  Total  Customer  Experience  （TCE）  pilot/dashboard/other  related  projects  per  plan
What  education  and  education  level  are  necessary  for  the  position?
Bachelor  or  Master  （preferred）  degree  and  major  in  chemical

How  many  years  of  professional  experience  in  a  specific  professional  area  are  required  for  the  position?

?  Above  2  years  work  experience  in  Automotive  industry,  serve  for  car  body  （整車(chē)廠(chǎng)）  customer  is  preferred
?  Above  3  years  chemist/technical  experience  in  coating  company,  customer  online  service/QC/QA  working  experience  strongly  preferred
?  6  sigma  training  and  GB  certification  preferred
?  Basic  knowledge  of  quality  tools  such  as  FMEA,  MSA,  SPC,  APQP,  PPAP,  root  cause  analysis
?  Basic  knowledge  and  experience  on  ISO9001  QMS,  quality  system  audit  and  process  audit,  ISO/TS16949
?  Strong  customer  focus  awareness,  logical  thinking  and  problem  solving  skill
?  Leadership  and  facilitation  skill  preferred
?  Good  communication  skill
?  Good  command  of  English,  especially  for  writing  skills
?  Ability  to  effectively  use  Microsoft  office  products
?  Willing  to  travel  extensively  and  frequently
