Principle  Accountabilities/  職責：
1，Work  by  company  core  values/遵守公司核心價值；
2，Can  follow  SOP/TM  strictly  and  perform  the  daily  work  in  safe,  accurate  and  efficiency  way.  Record,  calculation,  analysis  report  and  archieve  the  test  results；遵守標準操作程序，安全準確有效地執行每日檢測內容，記錄、計算、分析匯報存檔檢測數據；
3，Can  do  lab  batch  or  irregular  test  for  some  special  purpose；執行非常規的檢測或者實驗室小樣的制作；
4，Work  with  colleagues  to  investigate  quality  incident  and  customer  complaint  if  necessary；如有必要，配合同事調查質量事故或客戶投訴；
5，Other  working  arranged  by  Lab  leader/主管安排的其他工作。
Skill  and  knowledge  required/技能及知識要求：
Major  or  Science  or  Chemicals  is  a  plus,  college  above  degree；理工科相關專業（化工分析專業），大專以上學歷；
Work  experience  on  chemical  lab  will  be  better；有在化學相關的實驗室工作的經歷；
Quick  to  learn  and  work  with  new  technique,  interested  in  analysizing/testing  coating  products；學習能力強，能夠較快接受新事物；
Can  work  under  tough  condition  and  fit  with  night  shift  work；吃苦耐勞，  能夠適應輪班工作；
Good  skill  on  communication；良好的溝通能力；
No  special  working  requirement  on  working  experience；工作年限不限。
