具體要求：
主要職責(zé)：
-結(jié)合全球的支持信息分析中國海上平臺市場情況并充分理解海上平臺商業(yè)市場。
-制定商業(yè)戰(zhàn)略計劃，指導(dǎo)銷售行為，帶領(lǐng)銷售團隊完成銷售目標(biāo)；
-指導(dǎo)銷售團隊改良團隊工作和促進能力的發(fā)展；
-參與大客戶的開發(fā)和維護；
-協(xié)調(diào)公司其他部門完全任務(wù)。
職位要求：
-本科以上學(xué)歷；
-5年及以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗；
-有涂料行業(yè)或海洋工程相關(guān)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
-良好的溝通技巧和中英文聽說讀寫能力；
-良好的團隊合作精神。
Responsibilities:
-CombinewiththeworldwidesupportinformationandlookintotheoffshoremarketofChina.Haveagoodunderstandingandactionsimplementofoffshorebusinessaswellasoffshoremarketactivities.
-Makebusinessstrategyandplanning,toguidethesalesactivitiesofthesalesteamandachievethebusinesstargets.
-Coachthesalesteamtoimproveteamworkanddevelopcompetence.
-Attendthechasingofkeyprojectsandthefollowingupwithkeycustomers.
-Communicateandcooperatewithotherdepartmentsforjoint-functionaltasks/processes.
Requirements:
-AboveBachelordegree;
-Atleast5years＇relatedsalesexperience;
-ExperienceintheoffshoreorCoatingsisadvantage;
-ExcellentcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish(bothwrittenandspoken).
-Workwithaccuracyandteamwork-orientated.
