1.TheincumbentconductroutineQCtestsaccordingtotherelativeSOPonin-processandfinishedWatercoatingtoensurethequalitywithinthespecifications.Approvethequalifiedproducts,controltheunqualifiedproductstoavoidshiptocustomer.根據(jù)操作流程對(duì)水性漆在制品、半成品、成品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，保證制程中的半成品、出廠(chǎng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合規(guī)格要求。放行檢查合格的成品，控制生產(chǎn)中檢查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。2.Investigatequalityabnormalandcustomer’scomplaining.Takeactiontothequalityproblemandqualityimprovement.調(diào)查質(zhì)量異常和客戶(hù)抱怨，分析不良質(zhì)量原因，提出處理方案和改進(jìn)措施。
3.Housekeeping/5SoftheQClabUnderstandandMeetPPGTianjinQuality/EHSrequirements.ShiftWork.QC實(shí)驗(yàn)室的清潔維護(hù)、5S提高，理解和滿(mǎn)足公司關(guān)于質(zhì)量體系和EHS體系的要求。倒班工作。
