協調資源并跟蹤日常工作情況，以確保按照計劃完成既定目標

維護并改進現有流程及新程序，以優化工作流，有效利用資源
4.Responsiblefortheregulationcomplianceandeffectivenessfortheexperimentoperation
負責實驗操作的合規性及有效性
5.Leadtheresearchprojectandmonitortheprocess,keeptimelyＵpdatetoTechnicalManager
領導研發項目的實施，并跟蹤項目進程，及時向技術經理更新狀態
6.Establishshorttermtrainingprogramsforteam,conductinternal/externaltrainingaccordingtobusinessrequired
為團隊建立短期的培訓項目，根據業務需要實施內部/外部培訓
7.Workcloselywithmanufacture,QC,purchasingandtechnicalserviceteamtocoordinate
與生產，品控，采購及技術服務團隊緊密合作


職位要求：

1.Bachelor’sdegreeinchemistryorequivalent
本科以上學歷，化工或相關專業
2.Atleast5yearsworkingexperience,2yearstechnicalmanagementexperience
5年以上汽車涂料技術經驗，2年技術部門管理經驗
3.Strongleadershiptoorganizeteamwork
較強的領導力，以組織團隊日常工作
4.GoodcommandofEnglish
良好的英文能力
