Job Responsibility:
1. Processing of order acquired by the sales reps,
2. Maintain customer information in SAP systems and Access database
3. Prepare regular reports for sales manager
4. Trace account receivable status
5. Arrange delivery and transportation (track/train/ship)
6. Other responsibilities appointed by supervisor
Job Requirement:
1.College degree or above
2.Basic office computer software application knowledge
3.1-2years sales or marketing assistant experience
4.Fluent in both oral and written English
