職位描述：
1.  Conduct  the  routine  QC  tests  and  color  match  according  to  the  relative  SOP  on  in-process  and  finished  products  to  ensure  the  quality  within  the  specifications,  record  and  feedback  all  the  test  results  timely  and  correctly.  Approve  the  qualified  products  to  pass,  control  the  unqualified  products,  take  the  appropriate  action  according  to  SOP,  avoid  shipping  to  customer.
根據(jù)操作流程對(duì)在制品、半成品、成品進(jìn)行配色并檢驗(yàn)，保證制程中的半成品、出廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合規(guī)格要求,
并對(duì)所有的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的記錄與反饋。
對(duì)檢查合格的成品予以通過(guò)，控制生產(chǎn)中檢查出的不合格品，根據(jù)操作流程采取相應(yīng)措施，避免其流向下
道工序。
2.  Investigate  on  quality  anomalies  and  customer’s  complaint,  analyze  on  the  root  cause  of  the  quality  issues,offer  the  solution  and  improvement  plan,  participate  the  activity  for  the  quality  improvement  and  continuous  improvement.
調(diào)查質(zhì)量異常和客戶抱怨，分析不良質(zhì)量原因，提出處理方案和改進(jìn)措施，并參與質(zhì)量改進(jìn)活動(dòng)和持續(xù)改
善。
3.  Understand  and  meet  all  related  requirements  regarding  Quality  Management  Systems  and  EHS  Management  Systems,  QC  lab’s  cleaning  and  maintenance,  5S  promotion.
理解并執(zhí)行PPG  關(guān)于質(zhì)量體系和EHS  體系的要求,對(duì)QC  實(shí)驗(yàn)室的清潔維護(hù)，5S  提高。
Requires:
要求：
1.  College  or  above  degree  in  Chemistry  or  equivalent.
化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷。
2.  Over  2  years  chemical  engineering  or  chemistry  disciplines  background.
2  年以上涂料或涂料相關(guān)行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.  Master  in  the  knowledge  and  skill  about  the  chemical  and  instrument  analysis,  understand  the  chemical  properties,  safety  and  production  process.
掌握化學(xué)分析、儀器分析方面的知識(shí)、技能，了解化學(xué)品的性能、安全及生產(chǎn)工藝。
4.  Good  lab  work  skill.
良好的實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作技能。
5.  Good  communication  skill  and  team  work.

6.  Sounds  English  knowledge  and  computer  skill  is  essential.
