2. Working Experience: Minimum two years working experience in the coatings or coating raw materials industry
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge:
1) Familiar with testing methods for industrial coatings performance
2) Has coating formulation knowledge
3) Understand basic analysis instrument and method for polymer and pigments
4) Good communication skill in English

JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Run the lab testing process to support the localization of raw material purchase for A - ECA. Work close together with the BUs to guarantee the implementation of the localization activities. Find opportunities to use local raw materials also abroad.
2. Networking and good understanding of the organization required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Raw material tests and analysis.
2. To generate and maintain know how about the raw material specifications and the basic analytical test methods which are appropriate and available at BCIT. Knowledge and maintained know how regarding technical aspects together
3. Technical support on supplier meetings, active participation at projects with the suppliers.
4. Responsibility of EHS, structure and tidiness of the Laboratory.
