1) Familiar with ISO9000 management system is must.
2) At least two years work experience in quality control supervisor level and also have work experience in lab management.
3) Bachelor degree or above, major in Analytical Chemistry or related.
4) Good communication skill.
5) Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
6) Good command of English
7) Familiar with RCA,SPC,8D etc. are perfect
崗位職責：
1)Establish the quality control system in ChangShu Plant include document development,procedure revised,people training etc.
2) Establish target for internal and external quality, review the internal and external quality issue and ensure the quality performance reaches the target.
3) Establish and maintain quality system in all production lines and ensure a stable process quality control.
4) Fast response to problem solving which occurs in internal processes following treatment of non conformity product procedure.
5) Fast response to problem solving which occurs in customer following customer complaint procedure.
6) Focus on the process quality improvement through quality data analysis, team work of problem solving and regular quality audits
7) Organize and conduct process and product audits.
8) Technical support to Customers,Sales team,and so on.
9) Launch supplier audit regularly for ensure the supplier can provide stable raw material.
