Responsible the sales for a certain area and achieve annual sales objectives, manage costs, and expenses within required targets (負責某一區域銷售,完成年度銷售目標;并按預算控制成本及費用)
As leader of the Area team, coach, mentor and develop expertise in both products, market and personal skills so that all team members are as effective as possible 〔帶領團隊并給予指導,確保所有成員更有效地工作)。
Develop new distributor network and end user to achieve sustainable growth 〔開發經銷網絡及最終用戶實現可持續性增長)
Communicate effectively and actively with all customers from jobber, OEM, senior management to bodyshop technicians, and achieve sales maximum 〔積極主動地和所有客戶溝通,包括經銷商,汽車制造廠,高級管理層及維修站漆工,以實現銷售最大化)
Minimum 5 in refinish or related environment, with proven skills at consultative selling 〔5年以上修補漆及相關行業銷售經驗)
Excellent communications skills – in writing, IT presentations, and one to one negotiations(非常好的溝通能力,包括書面,電腦及一對一的談判)
Substantial travel (能適應經常出差)
Fluent spoken and written English or Japanese 〔流利英語或日語)
