Job  Requirement: 
The  incumbent  is  responsible  for  the  Technical  Service  and  Sales  function  from  prospecting  new  accounts,  developing  a  profitable  sales  offering  to  meet  customer  requirements,  closing  deals,  planning  and  implementing  commercialization  in  the  accounts,  and  long  term  management  of  the  business  relationship  with  existing  customers  in  order  to  expand  share  with  them. 
This  position  is  responsible  for  CAP  in  NorthChina.He/She  will  work  closely  with  the  technical  function,  and  sales  personnel  to  utilize  existing  product  technologies  adapted  to  meet  specific  customer  requirements  and,  where  appropriate,  identify  new  product  opportunities  that  may  result  in  substantial  growth  opportunities. 

Job  Requirement: 
1.  A  college  degree  in  chemistry  or  equivalent.
2.  With  at  least  5  years  of  painting  technical  serive  experience  in  relevant  Pretreatment  coatings. 
3.  Have  strong  technology  at  topcoat,  color  match  and  business  ability
4.  Good  communication  and  service  sense  are  also  required.
