Key  Tasks:

Work  for  high  growth  new  market,  Manage  the  technical  relationship  with  the  customer；  providing  information  and  training  to  customers  for  the  company’s  products,  including  troubleshooting  of  problems  and  quality  complaints.

Work  with  the  team  to  build  solid  strategic  relationships  with  industry  leading  customers  by  providing  technical  expertise  through  the  promotion  of  the  company’s  products  and  the  creation  and  delivery  of  custom  service  offerings.

Ensure  that  technical  feedback  and  insight  from  partner  customers  is  brought  back  to  the  organization  so  that  the  needs  of  the  company’s  customers  may  be  translated  into  actionable  marketing  plans  and  offering  development  initiatives.

Support  the  launch  of  new  product  and  service  offerings  and  contribute  to  defining  and  quantifying  value  of  new  offerings  in  meeting  market  needs.

Establish  recognition  as  an  expert  within  the  industry  and  customer  organizations；  develop  relationships  and  collaborate  with  industry  organizations  and  key  industry  players  along  the  value  chain  to  assess  technology  needs.

Key  Qualifications,  Experiences  and  Knowledge:

Knowledge  of  polymer,  polymer  processes  used  in  plastics  market  is  a  must.
Master  above  in  polymer,  chemical  engineering,  or  other  related  technical  fields  is  preferred.
Around  5  years  of  experience  in  technical  service,  technical  marketing,  new  business  development,  marketing.  etc
Strong  project  management  skills  with  ability  to  manage  multiple  priorities  and  tasks  in  a  dynamic  environment.
Professional  presence  and  business  acumen  with  demonstrated  ability  to  work  across  various  functions  and  levels  and  demonstrated  ability  to  successfully  work  across  teams.
Willing  to  take  risks  and  manage  ambiguity；  highly  motivated,  self-starter；  ability  to  work  with  minimal  supervision.
Strong  interpersonal,  listening,  presentation  and  written  skills  are  required.  ?  Flexibility  to  travel,  as  needed,  around  50%  of  the  time.
Fluent  in  business  English  and  Mandarin  communication.
