- Degree in Science and Technology (Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology).Masters preferred.
- Fluent in English, written and oral communication
- Experience in the developing and functionality of immunodiagnostic assays
- At least 3- 4 years of technical experience and 2 years of commercial experience. Minimum of 5 years total experience
- Knowledge of Microspheres & Nanospeheres technology
- Proven track record in a sales role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Commercial acumen to negotiate long term supply agreements
- Highly goal oriented and self-motivated, capable of working with minimum direction
- Self-starter, proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be autonomous and to work in a multicultural environment
崗位職責(zé)：
The main position responsibilities of this role are to manage, develop and grow Merck Millipore’s OEM Diagnostics business within China. A key aspect of this role will be to seek out new business opportunities within the territory and to work closely with Merck Millipore personnel to ensure that financial targets are realized. A strong customer focus is critical to ensure that the customer’s needs are both understood and managed in a proactive and professional manner. The successful candidate will be part of the global OEM Diagnostics team and must be comfortable working in a global business environment. Some travel to the United States and Europe required.
