-University degree or above in chemical engineering or engineering related field.
-At least 8 years of experience in process technology or technical position in Chemical Industry, and 5 years above in coating industry.
-At least 3 years in multinational company.
-Leadership experience will be plus.
-Motivated attitude with strong problem solving and process improvement skill.
-Good command of English communication skill.

-Act as process expertise and leader in his/her responsible area with minimum supervisory guidance.
-Optimize conversion of raw material and energy into semi-finished and finished products.
-Work with operation and R&D team for effective response for plant manufacturing technology related needs.
-Lead project scope generation for projects requiring Capex. Identify and scope-out new project opportunities. Provide and coordinate basic data and scope for MT capital projects.
-Lead process improvement works
-Identify and eliminate process safety problems in existing and new processes
-Use metrics, Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma tools and automation to drive cost and productivity improvements, Integration into DPS.
-Eliminate quality and equipment reliability problems
-Use Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) to resolve process, safety, quality and cost problems.
