工作職責：
-GoodSHEsense/具有良好的安全操作意識；
-Supportchemisttocompletedailylabwork/協助化學師處理實驗室的日常管理事務；
-SupportChemisttodefineprocessinstructionsformanufacturingofcoatingsproducts.Followstandardalignmentandmanufacturingprocedures.
協同化學師依照標準化制造流程完成涂料制造的工作指導書，
-Supportchemisttoverifypaintperformance,identifyQCSpecandconfirmapplicationparameters協助化學師執行涂料產品性能、QC樣品以及相關參數的確認。
-SupportChemisttodefineapplicationparametersforoptimumcoatingperformance.協助化學師完成涂料性能的最優參數的設置。
-Ensuringreliabletestresultsbycorrectequipmenthandling,testexecutionandregularequipmentmaintenance能正確使用設備執行檢測任務，設備的常規維護，從而保證試驗結果的可靠性；
-InterpretingandreportingtestresultstolabChemistontime
及時翻譯/報送測試數據；
-Documentationoftestresults/測試結果的文檔管理

Requirements:/技能要求
-Highschoolorabove,majorinchemistry,polymerscienceorrelated
高中/技校以上學歷，化學/化工相關專業；
-1-3yearscoatinglabexperience,familiarwithsolventborneorwaterbornecoatingsystem,preferredinAutomotiveOEMCoatinglab
1~3年涂料的實驗室行業工作背景，有溶劑性/水性涂料行業的工作經驗，水性漆的實驗室經驗優先考慮。
-FamiliarwithautomotivetestpanelpreparationandAutomotiveOEMcoatingtests,andfamiliarwithcommoncoatingtestinstrumentsapplication
熟悉OEM涂料的檢測技術以及相關測試設備的使用。
-Colormatchworkexperiencearepreferred/有調色經驗優先。
-GoodEnglishreadingandwritingability/具備常規的英文讀寫能力。
-Strongabilityinequipmentoperationandsimplemaintenance/具有實驗室設備的操作/管理能力。
-Workunderpressureandindependently/具備一定的抗壓能力。
-Teamspirit,open-minded,communicative/開朗、合作，善于溝通。
-Highsenseofresponsibility/有較強的工作責任感。
-Willingtolearnandgoodadaptability/學習能力強，能較快地融入新環境。
