2.5-7年以上在個人護理產(chǎn)品行業(yè)原料（護膚、美發(fā)、家庭及口腔護理和彩妝）的銷售、市場或工藝流程方面的經(jīng)驗，有銷售工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
3.有以上相關(guān)行業(yè)較強的產(chǎn)品或應(yīng)用技術(shù)知識和較強的市場和渠道的認識（供應(yīng)商、競爭對手、價值鏈）
4.具有較強的市場開拓能力和敏銳的市場洞察力;能夠負責(zé)項目管理
5.熟悉市場推廣技巧，有組織和安排研討會和培訓(xùn)會的經(jīng)驗
6.有較強的責(zé)任心，足夠的耐心，工作認真仔細；
