Responsibilities:
1. Manage or coordinate technical service working for assigned customer.
2. Participate in process start-up for new products to achieve rapid commercialization of our products.
3. Monitor process parameters to keep the substrate preparation, coating process stabilization and within specification.
4. Of critical importance is the training of customer personnel to operate their processes with the minimal intervention by PPG.
5. Troubleshoot problems at customer locations and work closely with labs to successfully resolve product and process issues.
6. Working closely with engineering firms to review customer line designs and give recommendations based on PPG design considerations.
7. Improve PPG’s reputation and improve our sales value based on current account.
Requirements:
1. A college degree in chemistry or equivalent
2. Above Two year technical service experience in coatings,has strong topcoat application technology and strong color match ability
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為客戶(hù)排除故障，通過(guò)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的緊密合作， 成功解決產(chǎn)品及工藝環(huán)節(jié)上出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題
6. 維護(hù)PPG聲譽(yù)，提高PPG在現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)心目中的形象
工作要求：
1. 大專(zhuān)以上文憑，化學(xué)類(lèi)或者相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)
2. 三年以上涂料行業(yè)內(nèi)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解面漆應(yīng)用技術(shù)以及具有較強(qiáng)的調(diào)色能力
3. 有較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)能力
4. 吃苦耐勞，勤奮好學(xué)
