具體要求:
1. 銷售技術職位,負責其功能領域內主要目標和計劃
2. 維護現有客戶,開發客戶資源,尋找潛在客戶
3. 獨立完成銷售任務,分析銷售指標完成情況,制定銷售計劃
4. 進行市場調查及競爭對手分析,提出短期和長期的銷售策略以擴大公司在華東地區的市場占有份額
任職資格:
1. 大學本科及以上學歷,化學等相關專業
2. 英文六級或以上,口語流利,能與外籍人士溝通
3. 具有較強的市場分析,營銷,推廣能力和良好的人際溝通,協調能力,分析和解決問題的能力
4. 具有強烈的進取心,精力充沛,身體健康,樂觀豁達,富有開拓精神
5. 能夠適應經常出差
6. 熟悉涂料,塑膠,橡膠,粘合劑專業,從事相關領域并擁有豐富客戶資源和客戶關系的優先考慮
Main Responsibilities:
- Fulfill the individual sales target in North China
- Establish and maintain adequate relationship with assigned customers
- Identifies and tracks business opportunities with the customer as well as creates and updates sales plan
- Provide sufficient report including customer status, project status, sales forecast, sales volume and work plan.
- Analyze the activities and behaviors of competitor and take adequate action plan
Requirement:
- Bechelor or above, major in chemical
- CET-6 or above, fluent in English
- Strong ability of communication, co-ordination ,analysis and problem-solving skills
- Travel frequently
- Related working experience is preferred
