Responsibilities:

1.Manageorcoordinatetechnicalserviceworkingforassignedcustomer.
2.Participateinprocessstart-upfornewproductstoachieverapidcommercializationofourproducts.
3.Monitorprocessparameterstokeepthesubstratepreparation,coatingprocessstabilizationandwithinspecification.
4.OfcriticalimportanceisthetrainingofcustomerpersonneltooperatetheirprocesseswiththeminimalinterventionbyPPG.WorkingcloselywithengineeringfirmstoreviewcustomerlinedesignandgiverecommendationsbasedonPPGdesignconsiderations.
5.Troubleshootproblemsatcustomerlocationsandworkcloselywithlabstosuccessfullyresolveproductandprocessissues.
6.ImprovePPG’sreputationandimproveoursalesvaluebasedoncurrentaccount.

1.Abachelordegreeinchemistryorequivalent
2.AboveTwoyearstechnicalserviceexperienceincoatings,automotive&E-coatexperienceispreferred

1.為客戶提供技術(shù)服務(wù)支持
2.積極推動(dòng)新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)及應(yīng)用，使其盡可能快的市場(chǎng)化
3.對(duì)表面處理及涂料穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行監(jiān)督并記錄
4.為客戶提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，讓其流程符合PPG的要求
5.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為客戶排除故障，通過(guò)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的緊密合作，成功解決產(chǎn)品及工藝環(huán)節(jié)上出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題
6.維護(hù)PPG聲譽(yù)，提高PPG在現(xiàn)有客戶心目中的形象

工作要求：

1.本科以上文憑，化工類或者相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.兩年以上涂料行業(yè)內(nèi)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),汽車零配件及電泳漆涂料經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
3.有較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)
4.吃苦耐勞，勤奮好學(xué)
