Principle  Accountabilities職責:

l  遵守公司核心經營方針Should  work  by  company  core  operation  principles； 
l  遵守標準操作程序，安全準確有效地執行檢測，記錄,計算,分析,匯報,存檔檢測數據Can  follow  SOP/TM  strictly  and  perform  the  lab  tests  in  accurate  and  efficiency  way.  Record,  calculate  ,  analysis  ,  report  and  archive  the  test  results； 
l  協助主管維護實驗室文件體系及檢測數據Assistant  lab  leader  to  keep  the  document  system  and  lab  database  in  well  condition； 
l  保持實驗室良好的儀器設備管理  Manage  lab  instrument  well； 
l  保持實驗室良好的化學品和樣品管理Maintain  a  good  lab  chemicals  and  samples  system； 
l  執行非常規的檢測或者實驗室小樣的制作Can  do  lab  batch  or  irregular  test  for  some  special  purpose； 
l  OEM水性汽車漆的檢測To  implement  the  test  for  OEM  water  borne  coatings； 
l  相關OEM水性汽車漆項目的其它工作內容  Other  knowledge/working  relates  to  OEM  WB  coatings  project； 
l  如有必要，配合同事調查質量事故或客戶投訴Work  with  colleagues  to  investigate  quality  incident  and  customer  complaint  if  necessary； 
l  主管安排的其它工作Other  working  arranged  by  Lab  leader. 

Skill  and  Knowledge  Required技能及知識要求: 
？  理工科相關專業本科以上學歷  Bachelor  or  above  education  in  science  or  engineering  field； 
？  學習能力強，能夠較快接受新事物，尤其對OEM水性汽車漆測感興趣  Quick  lean  and  work  with  new  technique/knowledge,  especially  interesting  to  WB  car  coating  products； 
？  良好的溝通協調能力  Good  skill  on  communication； 
？  良好的數據統計分析能力  Good  statistical  and  analytical  ability； 
？  良好的英文能力  Good  English  level； 
？  對工作年限沒有特別要求There  is  no  special  requirement  on  working  experience.
