Responsibilities:
主要職責(zé)：
1.  Work  together  with  AU  supply  chain  team  to  place  orders  to  Suppliers,  and  following  up  orders  to  ensure  for  on-time  delivery  with  supplier  and  3rd  party  Forwarder
和澳洲供應(yīng)鏈部門合作，跟進(jìn)下給供應(yīng)商的訂單并和確保訂單按時(shí)和第三方貨代定船交貨。
2.  Work  together  with  suppliers  to  look  for  improvement  solutions  to  optimize  the  supply  process,  including  lead-time  reduction,  appropriate  MOQ,  favorable  payment  term,  inventory  preparation,  etc.
和供應(yīng)商合作并努力優(yōu)化供應(yīng)流程和公司和供應(yīng)商的合作條款，  包括改進(jìn)供應(yīng)商的交期，MOQ，付款方式，和原材料備貨庫(kù)存。
3.  Project  follow  up  with  AU  marketing  and  China  supplier
協(xié)助澳洲市場(chǎng)部門和中國(guó)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)或跟進(jìn)。
4.  New  supplier  sourcing  and  factory  Audit/visit.
開(kāi)發(fā)新的供應(yīng)商并拜訪供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行初步驗(yàn)廠。
5.  Cost  saving  and  supplier  management.
為公司減少項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用，供應(yīng)商的日常管理。
6.  Other  tasks  line  manager  assigned.
上級(jí)分配的其他工作。

教育程度：
University  graduated,  or  equal  leveled  education，  preferred  in  Major  Foreign  trade,  English,  business  management  or  Chemical.
大學(xué)專科以上學(xué)歷，外貿(mào)，  外語(yǔ)，管理，化工相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Working  Experience:
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
At  least  3  years  working  experience  in  relative  area  （priority） 
至少3年相關(guān)外貿(mào)采購(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Competences:
能力：

Good  computer  skills  and  SAP  system  knowledge  （  preferred）
良好的計(jì)算機(jī)使用能力，希望有SAP系統(tǒng)使用知識(shí)。
Clear  mind  and  good  communication  skills.

Back  Ground:  This  position  reports  to  China  Sourcing  Manager.  Handling  export  orders  and  new  project  for  Group  Branch  company  in  Australia.  Daily  work  Colleagues  are  95%  foreigners  and  make  the  communications  via  emails  most  and  calls  if  capable,  product  are  mainly  paint  accessories,  plastic  garden  items,  adhesives  etc.
