崗位職責：
1. General Requirements
1.1 Ensure that all related requirements regarding Quality Management
Systems and EHS Management Systems are obeyed.
1.2 The incumbent is the key contact and spokesperson for the plant in
product process area.
2. Existing Products and Process
2.1 Develop and maintain the Process Map, Control Plan, Flow Chart and
PFMEA.
2.2 Process onsite audit to insure the implementation.
2.3 Retrain the supervisors and the operators as needed.
2.4 Standardize the formulas to direct the operators to finish a batch. Identify
the key materials and process as needed.
2.5 Work with Technical, Production and other relative departments to optimize
the formula and process.
3. New Products and Process
3.1 Define the manufacturing process and develop the Process Map, Control
Plan, Flow Chart and PFMEA.
3.2 Agree with the Technical Department on the proper QC testing for a
specific product.
3.3 Work with Technical Department to introduce the product to the Customer
