4-year bachelor‘s degree preferred， Supply Chain， Engineering or Finance degrees preferred
5 or more years Supply Chain experience
Thorough knowledge of MRPII and/or APICS supply chain processes
Thorough knowledge and comfort working with SAP or similar ERP systems
Excellent problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented
Some travel may be required
崗位職責：
1.Develop realistic， capacity feasible monthly production plans that cover the full S&OP horizon based on the demand forecast， customer orders，current inventory， and stock strategies.
2.Guide the production schedulers such that the production schedule follows and aligns exactly with the production plan within the frozen zone of the planning time fence.
3.Develop and maintain DRP plans and raw material requirement plans that support production plans and customer demand.
4.Respond to customer order availability requests with realistic commitment dates based on available capacity， previous commitments，and raw material availability.
5.Participate in and provide supporting information for the monthly plant pre-S&OP process as required.
6.Manage inventory against targets and analyze changes to inventory month to month. Support the monthly slow moving and aged inventory reduction processes.
7.Manage production planning related master data in the supply chain systems，
