Lean and/or Supply Chain experience Good conceptual capacity in identifying the patterns in information from a variety of sourcesGood leadership skills in guiding individuals (reports, peers, or groups) towards the attainment of specific goals and involve them in decision makingDemonstrate ability to present information/ideas to individuals/teams in an articulate and organized wayGood communication and project management skillsCapability to get results and accomplish goals according to agreed time-linesCertified Green Belt or Black Belt is a plusScience or Engineer degree with 3-5 years working experience in manufacture environment. Fluent English skill - both oral and written

Lead to set up Lean and Six Sigma culture in the plant.Leading the process on identifying lean and six sigma projects for site continuos improvements.Leading regular review on progresses of site improvement projects.Provide Lean/Six Sigma methodology supports to site employeesLeading the implementation of point Kaizen activities in the site.Plan and implement Lean and Six Sigma strategy to support the plant to achieve business goal and improve plant competency.Responsible to identify and lead the Lean and Six Sigma projects within the plant, get resources as needed.
