工作職責(zé)：
-Good  SHE  sense/  具有良好的安全操作意識(shí)；
-Support  chemist  to  complete  daily  lab  work  /協(xié)助化學(xué)師處理實(shí)驗(yàn)室的日常管理事務(wù)；
-  Support  Chemist  to  define  process  instructions  for  manufacturing  of  coatings  products.  Follow  standard  alignment  and  manufacturing  procedures.
協(xié)同化學(xué)師依照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制造流程完成涂料制造的工作指導(dǎo)書，
-Support  chemist  to  verify  paint  performance,  identify  QC  Spec  and  confirm  application  parameters協(xié)助化學(xué)師執(zhí)行涂料產(chǎn)品性能、QC樣品以及相關(guān)參數(shù)的確認(rèn)。
-  Support  Chemist  to  define  application  parameters  for  optimum  coating  performance.協(xié)助化學(xué)師完成涂料性能的最優(yōu)參數(shù)的設(shè)置。
-Ensuring  reliable  test  results  by  correct  equipment  handling,  test  eｘecution  and  regular  equipment  maintenance  能正確使用設(shè)備執(zhí)行檢測(cè)任務(wù)，設(shè)備的常規(guī)維護(hù)，從而保證試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的可靠性；
-Interpreting  and  reporting  test  results  to  lab  Chemist  on  time
及時(shí)翻譯/報(bào)送測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)；
-Documentation  of  test  results/測(cè)試結(jié)果的文檔管理
Requirements:  /技能要求
-High  school  or  above,  major  in  chemistry,  polymer  science  or  related
高中/技校以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)/化工相關(guān)專業(yè)；
-1-3  years  coating  lab  experience,  familiar  with  solvent  borne  or  waterborne  coating  system,  preferred  in  Automotive  OEM  Coating  lab
1~3年涂料的實(shí)驗(yàn)室行業(yè)工作背景，有溶劑性/水性涂料行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，水性漆的實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。
-Familiar  with  automotive  test  panel  preparation  and  Automotive  OEM  coating  tests,  and  familiar  with  common  coating  test  instruments  application
熟悉OEM涂料的檢測(cè)技術(shù)以及相關(guān)測(cè)試設(shè)備的使用。
-Color  match  work  experience  are  preferred/有調(diào)色經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
-  Good  English  reading  and  writing  ability/具備常規(guī)的英文讀寫能力。
-Strong  ability  in  equipment  operation  and  simple  maintenance  /具有實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備的操作/管理能力。
-Work  under  pressure  and  independently  /具備一定的抗壓能力。
-Team  spirit,  open-minded,  communicative  /開朗、合作，善于溝通。
-  High  sense  of  responsibility  /有較強(qiáng)的工作責(zé)任感。
-  Willing  to  learn  and  good  adaptability/學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能較快地融入新環(huán)境。
