RESPONSIBILITIES:
FUNCTION
Is  Safety  committee  member
Leads  the  Production  meeting
1.  Responsible  for  weekly  planning  realization  (workforce,  line  availability,  orders  load)
2.  Implement  procedures,  corrective  action  and  controls  to  ensure  production  process  completion:  raw  materials  picking,  scheduling,  fabrication,  quality  control  approval  and  warehousing.
3.  Implement  procedures  and  controls  for  maintenance  operations  (promoting  preventive  actions),  trainings,  permits,  inspection,  sub-contracted  job  and  supplied  material
4.  Ensure  housekeeping  is  performed  as  a  part  of  daily  operations.  Some  lower  frequency  exceptional  cleaning  are  to  be  decided  along  the  year.  Set  goals.
5.  Ensure  (i)  protection  of  individuals  (with  appropriated  protective  equipment),  (ii)  respect  of  the  environment,  (iii)  conformity  of  equipment,  building,  access
6.  Report  activity  weekly  to  Operations  manager  with  suitable  KPI
7.  Authority
-  Refuse  entry  to  site  to  whoever  doesn’t  comply  with  site  rules.
-  Hire/Dismiss  casual  workers  according  to  month  load.  (Report  to  superior  hiring/dismissal  of  permanent  staff)
-  Change  daily  schedule
-  Add  production  shift,  order  Over  Time
-  Expense  below  20,000  RMB,  then  submit  to  Operations  manager  after  purchase  order  is  placed
-  Expense  above  20,000  RMB  request  2nd  approval  level  by  Operations  Manager  prior  to  purchase  order  raise


QUALIFICATION:
Technical:  Computer:  World,  Excel  +  Automation  knowledge
English  for  professional  use  (understand,  speak  and  write),  Chinese  mandarin
Mechanical  or  industrial  background  on  basics  on  equipment
Managerial:  Strong  leadership  on  site,  on  a  daily  basis
Fair  common  sense  to  be  strict  on  essential  and  smooth  on  lower  importance  matters
Organized  to  have  control  of  Safety,  productivity,  cost
Human  Relations:  Ability  to  work  with  others
Ability  to  express  an  order,  and  verify  it  is  done
Dynamic:  energetic  to  be  in  a  plant  and  aware  of  activity  in  other  department
Accessible  and  reliable
Essential:  Industrial  strong  willing  or  knowledge
Cost  and  planning  control  skills
Preferable:  Some  customer  exposure
Exposure  to  computerised  Inventory  System  eg;  MRP、ERP
