Education: 
Diploma  or  certificate  from  Leather  College. 
Knowledge  and  Experience: 
5-10  experience  in  leather  finishes  ,  preferably  in  tanneries  or  leather  finishing  supplier  companies 
Good  knowledge  of  chemicals  and  good  technical/laboratorial  skills.  Hands  on  SHE  experience.  English  language  capability.  Computer  skills. 
Leather  finishing;  Asian  culture  and  languages;  social  skills.  Good  service  concept 
To  support  Leather  Finish’s  technical  sales  drive  by  assisting  customers,  agent  and  agent’s  sales  staff  with  finishing  trials  as  well  as  solving  customers’  technical  problems. 
TECHNICAL  SERVICE 
Provide  technical  service  to  customers,  agents  and  distributors;  conduct  leather  finishing  trials;  resolve  technical  problems  and  product  complaints  in  order  to  assist  in  customer’s  product  development  and  suggest  use  of  Stahl  products  in  order  to  increase  sales  of  leather  finishes. 
CUSTOMER  LIAISON 
Foster  good  relationship  with  customers  through  technical  support,  business  support  and  entertainment  in  order  to  better  understand  customers  and  their  needs  and  secure  sales. 
SUPPORT  TO  AGENT/DISTRIBUTOR 
Work  with  agent  to  provide  fast  delivery  by  advising  on  proper  stock  holding,  competitive  pricing  and  providing  up-to-date  market  information  and  regular  servicing  and  trials’  follow  up  in  order  to  secure  sales  orders 
SAMPLES  PREPARATION  FOR  PROMOTION 
Contribute  ideas  and  finish  leathers  for  promotion  at  leather  fairs  in  order  to  promote  Stahl  Asia  as  market  leader  in  leather  finishes  and  fashion 
MARKET  REPORTING  AND  INTELLIGENCE 
Monitor  market  developments,  collect  data  and  information  on  competitors’  movements,  new  products  introduced  and  pricing  and  secure  samples  for  analysis  in  order  to  assist  Stahl  China  to  stay  ahead  of  competition  and  maintain  market  position.  Prepare  and  maintain  proper  and  complete  call  reports,  application  procedures  etc 
CUSTOMERS’  TRAINING  /  ADVICE 
Train  and  advise  customers  and  agents  on  leather  knowledge,  production  technology,  use  of  machinery  and  the  use  of  Stahl  products  and  technology  in  order  to  promote  customers’  confidence  in  Technical  Advisors  and  products 
PRODUCT  MARKET 
Work  with  product  development  to  develop  and  /  or  adapt  products  by  providing  feedback  on  customer’s  needs;  creating  fashion  requirements  for  world  market  and  conducting  application  testings  in  order  to  compete  effectively  i
