具體要求：
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor degree or above.
2. 有機(jī)化工專業(yè)或高分子材料專業(yè)；
Major in organic chemical or polymer material.
3. 具備獨(dú)立完成單項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或獨(dú)立解決產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題的能力。
Able to finish development of individual product or solve the problems duringproduct development or production process.
4. 根據(jù)開發(fā)任務(wù)，能獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)方案并能獨(dú)立完成單項(xiàng)開發(fā)任務(wù)；
Able to carry out design plan and finish individual development mission independently according to development mission.
5. 具有較強(qiáng)的分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力。
Have strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
6. 有聚氨酯合成、丙烯酸樹脂合成經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Experience in synthesis of polyurethane and acrylic resin preferred.
7. 工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致、積極主動(dòng)，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和專業(yè)進(jìn)取心。
Hard working with carefulness and initiative,strong sense of responsibility,professional and innovative.
