REQUIREMENTS:
1. University degree or above in science, chemistry or construction related disciplines CET 4 level or above
2. At least 3 years working experiences, preferably in the construction sales and building materials industries, and experience in the "projects" business
3. Good command of interpersonal and communication skills, both with external customers and internal relevant
department.
4. Operate independently, and proactively focus on self and customer development
5. Sensitive to a changing business and market environment
6. Build strong network, with key specifiers, developers and government
7. Work under pressure

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Deliver annual sales target and identify opportunities for business growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify opportunities to grow the business
2. Deliver both sales targets (volume, ASP) and AR targets in East China.
3. Build a strong customer and project dealer base and "influencer" network throughout the province.
4. Manage & develop project dealer relations within the channel and different customer accounts, and resolve
complaints in the business’long term interest.
