ManageaportfoliooftechnicalresearchprojectsfocusingonPolyurethanePolymerChemistry,todevelopinnovativestate-of-the-artsolutionsapplicabletotheFlexiblePackagingBusinessUnit.

MainAccountabilities
1.ElaborateR&Dprojectdocumentation(brief,objectiveandapproach),soastobetterdefineandcommunicatetheprojectcontentinthemostefficientmanner.
2.Produceexperimentalinksandevaluateitscharacteristics.Report,discusstheresults,andmakeproposalforthewaytofollowtoachievethegoalwithintheallowedtimeframe
3.Continuouslyanalysetechnologytrends,patents,marketsandcompetitorstodevelopstate-of-the-artinnovativesolutions.
4.Evaluatenewrawmaterialsanddiscusstheresultswiththesupplier,inordertounderstandthereasonsofsuccessesorfailures,andtherebyincreaseSiegwerkknow-how.
5.Produceregularreportingdocumentswithappropriatetools,tosharetheprogressoftheprojectinthemostlogical,clearanddocumentedstyle.
6.Participatetointerfacemeetingswithbusinessunitssoastoshareknowledgeandexperienceswithotherteamsanddepartmentsinlandandabroad.
7.Ensurethatprofessionallaboratorypracticesaremaintained,suchaslaboratorybook,appropriatelevelofhousekeeping,andpropercalibrationstateofthemeasuringequipments.
8.Ensurethatthesecurityrulesareappliedinallcircumstances,andarealsoappliedbythesubordinatesstaff.
9.Participatetotheindustrialisationofthenewlydevelopedproductinordertoguaranteethequalityconsistencyandthetechnologytransfertothefinalusers.
10.Organisetheworkofsubordinatestaff,soastooptimisetheiroutputandmaximisetheirdegreeofmotivationandexpertisedevelopment.
11.Trainthesubordinatestafftomaximisetheirprofessionalpractices,theirautonomyandencouragemultidisciplinaryskills.

Qualification:
?MasterdegreeinChemistryscienceorpolymerchemistry
?GoodcommandofEnglishbothspokenandwritten
?MorethantwoyearsPUdevelopmentexperiencepreferablyinink,coatingandadhesiveindustry
?Teamleadingexperienceispreferred
?Goodcoordinationandinterpersonalskills
